I really hope Santa brings me a new camera this Christmas. While I’m pleased to bring you this Tabata style 4 Minute Flip Flop Finisher, I’m not super stoked about the video quality. However, it doesn’t have to be high definition in order for you to watch and try it out for yourself!
This is a Full Body Finisher, which is what I call a quick set of exercises you can do after your run to help you keep your body strong. If you already ran a few miles and you’re warmed up, why not take an extra 4 minutes to improve your core strength?
Two rounds of four movements will have you flipping flopping from your back to your front eight times! Don’t get dizzy. 😉 This is easy to do at home with minimal equipment and you’re pretty much on the floor the entire time so that’s nice, right?
A Tabata style workout means you do 20 seconds of one movement and then rest for 10 seconds. Then you do 20 seconds of another movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest again. Since you only do 20 seconds of work at a time, make it a really intense 20 seconds!
Try this one after your next run and tell me how it goes! Just watch the video to see how it’s done and then save the graphic so you don’t forget!
Try it out! Pin it for later!
Either way, you get extra points for doing Russian twists with some random household object!
