What kind of runner are you best able to help?
What is one thing runners do all the time that you wish you could fix/stop/change?
Lots of runners push, push, push which can lead to injury and exhaustion. It is important to challenge yourself, but to do it in the right way. When working with my clients I embrace the easy/hard principle which places easy days after really tough workouts so that you body gets a break. Favorite running hydration, fuel, and/or gear?
I personally run in Mizuno Wave Riders and ProCompression socks. I usually carry my CamelBak Dart full of Nuun hydration and my preferred fuel of choice is a gluten free waffle with PB before my run and Honey Stingers Fruit Chews while I am running long.
When should runners hire a coach?
– you need accountability or motivation
– want a personalized training plan
