Why am I offering all of this?
I’m sharing a lot of my coaching tools for very little compensation. And yet…I know it’s the right thing for me to do! Here’s why….
First, if you knew me in real life and came to me with questions on running or training, I’d help you out as best as I could, no charge. I just love running and want you to love it too. So I gladly offer this because I want to help people succeed. Making these resources available as a membership site allows me to afford the time and energy it takes to create and publish fun new content.
Second, I hate to see people struggle after one training method didn’t work and now they’re not sure what to try or who to trust.
