Disclosures, Disclaimers, and all things Disinteresting:
I write a lot about health, fitness, training, spirituality, etc. on ThoroughlyThriving.com and affiliated social media because it is my personal blog. I do this to start a dialogue and inspire others.
By viewing this site, you agree to use any content on this site and it’s affiliated social media channels at your own risk! Take what I say/write/do/show/etc. with a grain of salt and use your best judgement. If a workout/recipe or other idea that you find on my site doesn’t fit your needs, then by all means, don’t use it!
I am not a licensed nutritionist, dietician, doctor, therapist, etc. In fact, the only 2 things I’m licensed to do is drive a car and transmit on amateur radio frequencies. While I am a certified run coach and personal trainer, I am not YOUR coach or trainer.
Please consult YOUR doctor, trainer, nutritionist, therapist, pastor, coach etc. for the best advice on what you should do with your body and your life.
Sometimes I get paid to write about stuff. One of the many goals I have with my personal blog is to generate supplemental income to 1) make sure my blog pays for itself and 2) pay for some of the things I blog about, like races for example.
Sponsored Posts: If I’ve received any form of compensation for a post I’ve written, I’ll smack a disclosure statement right at the top of that post! It’ll still be a good read, but you will understand where I’m coming from when I write it.
Product Reviews: Rest assured that all opinions are MINE. If I say I like something, it’s because I genuinely do. That being said, nothing I say reflects the views or opinions of the brands I work with. So if I say I think high heel tennis shoes are stupid, that doesn’t mean the brands I work with feel that way.
Affiliate Links: I may post affiliate links when I share about brands I love. If you click on my link and end up purchasing that item, I may be compensated for that. You get something you want at no extra cost to you and in the process, help me keep ThoroughlyThriving.com going. Thank you in advance!
Amazon Associate: I, Tiffany Henness, am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com. Again, I recommend things I love and get a small percentage if you purchase. Thanks for your support!
Your Info is Your Info
Subscriptions: I will not sell your email address or email you anything other than what you signed up for, which would be links to my latest posts, or information about your Run & Thrive membership.
Giveaways: If you give me any personal information as part of signing up for a giveaway, I won’t release or sell that to any third party or sign you up for my email list if I notice that you had forgotten to do so. The one exception is if you win the giveaway, then I have to give your information to the prize sponsor so they can send you your prize!
My Content is My Content

If you like something I’ve written or created and want to share, please use the social share buttons! If you’re a blogger and would like to quote me or embed an image/video of mine in to your site, just ask me first. There’s a good chance I’ll say yes.
